Hendricks Power Cooperative is now accepting applications for the position of Engineering Technician in Avon, Indiana.  Hendricks Power is a rural electric cooperative which focuses on distributing electric services to more than 35,000 members within 4 counties. Major responsibilities will include working to maintain and improve system reliability.  In this role, you will lead efforts to enhance system reliability, taking on responsibilities that span both electric and fiber networks. This entails leading maintenance operations, trouble-shooting power quality concerns, scheduling and improving preventative maintenance schedules, maintaining proper documentation for all distribution equipment, addressing member power quality issues, implementing and assessing emerging technologies
