Under the general direction of the Parks Manager, the Athletic Field Manager is responsible for overseeing the management, operations, and maintenance of the department’s athletic facilities. This position assists in recruiting, hiring, training, evaluating, and supervising seasonal, part-time and full-time staff. This position has the responsibilities of recommending and overseeing the upkeep, upgrade, construction and/or renovation of athletic facilities, while coordinating all maintenance activities, ensuring high-quality playing surfaces, and overseeing management and operations of athletic facilities.
