The primary purpose of this position is to provide project management supervision for up to seven (7) professional project managers during the planning, design, and construction of all (formal and informal, renovation and new) projects. This includes capital improvement project and resource planning, reviewing and assigning project requests as they are received, schedule and budget oversight and management, cost estimating, quality control, project workload and resource tracking, as well as periodic and final project work inspections.
