Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Assist Maintenance Supervisor in assigning, scheduling, and ensuring all corrective and preventative maintenance functions are being performed / completed in an accurate and safe manner.
Provide guidance to zone technicians in their areas of responsibility and ensure quality control / assurance of work activities.
Assist / perform repair activities across all building systems: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and life safety.
Complete preventative maintenance activities on buildings / systems as assigned.
Participate in the emergency, on-call rotation as assigned and respond within a timely manner.
Provide accurate documentation of work activities and tasks completion.
Job Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalency
Minimum five (5) years experience in a skilled trade: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, construction
Minimum two (2) years experience in personnel supervision
Basic level of proficiency with web-based applications and office software
Possess and maintain a valid Kentucky's Drivers license
Additional Information:
Salary Grade: 107 Salary Range: $19.00-$21.50/hr
