Salary: $114-$125k plus bonus.
Salary Details:

Pulte Group, LLC, a national homebuilder, is looking for a licensed architect for it's Mid-Atlantic Division located in Fairfax, VA. A licensed, professional architectural role responsible for managing resources and schedules (both internally and externally) for the development and maintenance of commercial type projects through Construction Documentation and Administration.
This position requires onsite attendance 5 days per week at our office located in Fairfax, Virginia.
Job highlights include:
Internal design / management of attached MF (TH, stacked TH) and clubhouses from schematics to construction administration.
Schematic design and coordination with Land Acquisition for low-rise MF buildings.
Solicitation of A/E teams for low-rise project sites.
Owner's representation for QA/QC on outsourced projects and compliance with Pulte standards.
Responsible for developing and facilitating architectural review board presentations and approvals.
Coordinate grading and site utilities for new communities.
Extensive knowledge and experience in the IBC building codes and compliances.
Licensed in at least one (1) state. 10 years of experience in multi-family. Extensive knowledge in the IBC building codes and taking projects through all project phases.
