• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Depending on the position, a minimum of 8-15 years of progressively responsible experience in a construction, technical or design related field, including at least 5-10 years of experience in Owner's Representation/Project Management.
• Demonstrated previous successful experience in the management of budgets, schedules, procurement, site logistics (e.g. FF&E/move management), and change management.
• Knowledge of alternative delivery methods (CM/GC, Design-Build, IPD, etc.).
• Skilled in reading plans and specifications, reviewing contracts, managing change orders, and ensuring compliance with regional laws and land use processes.
• Proficiency with modern PM tools (e.g., Smartsheet, SharePoint, E-Builder, Procore).
• Competency with public speaking acumen.
