JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Develop/maintain lead projects in New York State from schematic design through construction administration, applying knowledge of the International Building Code (IBC) and local requirements;
Contribute to schematic design and programming; independently translate client requirements into clear, buildable design solutions;
Be resourceful and proactive in solving technical and design challenges;
Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, and contractors;
Prepare high-quality construction documents;
Ensure design solutions comply with applicable building codes;
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to solve challenges; and
Laberge Group has provided engineering, architectural, surveying, planning, and community development services since 1964 to public and private sector clients.
