Join our supportive and collaborative team of professional and qualified appraisers, construction monitors, environmental professionals, and real estate staff members, who focus on providing solutions in challenging real estate transactions to national and community lending institutions as well as other real estate professionals.
This is a full-time remote role for a State Certified General (Commercial) Appraiser. The position’s primary function is to produce appraisal reviews, “desktop” or hybrid-model appraisals, and assist in the development of real estate evaluations (as defined by the Interagency Appraisal and Evaluation Guidelines) of commercial real estate.
A successful candidate for this role has the ability to understand and analyze commercial real estate market trends and produce reports supported by industry data. The position requires attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently.
Please note that this is a remote, full-time salaried position.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in a related field is required
Experience with writing/reviewing appraisals or evaluations is a plus
Applicants with a Certified General Appraisal License are desired
