We're looking for Project Scheduler that able to work collaboratively with the project team in maintaining the overall project contract schedule, issuing repots internally and externally, coordinating schedule changes/adjustments with the Project Management/Superintendent team and coordinating/recording Pull Plan sessions.Job Description
About the Role:
- Maintain and monitor master plan schedule. Including to prepare and monitor tasks ensuring satisfactory realization of project requirements against the project schedule as well as integrate various contract packages into master plan schedule
- Review contractorâ™s submitted schedule and make recommendations to client
- Prepare regular internal/external weekly and monthly progress report for management and client
- Develop a project control procedure to monitor the progress of project and mitigation plans
- Interact with contractor and verify the project data to update project schedule and assess any contractorâ™s extension of time claim and prepare defense claim report
About You:
- 5+ years of experience in project planning and scheduling, with a focus on complex construction projects, and preferably previous Data Center experience.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and EVM. Experience in coordinating multiple sources of schedule performance data into a master schedule platform and deliver project status reports required for large scale projects.
- Develops good working relationships with project team
