Schedule: Monday-Friday 12:30 PM - 9:00 PM EST

Responsibilities

• Develop rapport with pharmaceutical business partners

• Utilize sales tools to construct a sales pitch and close on sales opportunities

• Effectively utilize value statements and business questioning to gain customer knowledge

• Develop and leverage market awareness

• Collaborate with Inside Sales Representatives to develop and implement selling strategies to achieve budgeted goals

• Execute on targeted sales campaigns

• Achieve assigned monthly, quarterly and annual sales metrics

• Meet monthly productivity expectations

• Field incoming sales opportunities

• Adapt daily coverage assignments as needed

Qualifications

• Bachelor?s degree preferred, but not required

• 1-2 years proven outside or inside sales experience preferred

• Strong process management, customer service, and communication skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Self-motivated to achieve goals

• Spanish/English Bilingual, Required

• Demonstrate knowledge of Cardinal Health and pharmaceutical industry, including: key competitors, terminology, technology, challenges, reimbursement and demonstrates basic knowledge of customers? unique business needs related to Cardinal Health offerings; demonstrates working knowledge of how Cardinal Health offerings match with a customers' unique business needs

• Initiate introductory customer calls with the objective of developing a long-term business relationship

• Maximize customer relationships through timely routine contact with both new and existing customers

• Support territory management model by effectively collaborating with assigned territory Sales Representatives

• Effectively negotiate and collaborate with customers and colleagues to influence support for mutually beneficial outcomes

• Consult with supervisor or senior peers on complex and unusual problems

Pay rate: $20.00 per hour + incentive plan eligibility
