We are currently seeking a passionate and self-motivated Job Captain to join our team for a full time, in office position in downtown Boston.

Position Description:

• Works closely with our firm Principals and Sr. Project Managers in all phases of design. Including site surveying, existing conditions documentation, schematic design, design development and construction documentation, all while taking responsibility and ownership of the associated drawings.
• Assists with construction administration: conducting and documenting site visits, processing submittals, and responding to RFI's during construction.
• Works together with a project team to delegate tasks to designers/drafters and interns
• Provide regular updates to firm leadership to ensure timely and accurate production of project deliverables

Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master's degree in Architecture.
• 3-6 years of related experience.

• Design experience in higher education, food service and commercial projects desired but not required.
• Proficiency in Revit is a must. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign is preferred.
• Strong rendering skills.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Well organized, efficient, detail-oriented with strong ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work independently or in a collaborative team environment
