Responsibilities
1) Manage plan preparation, permitting, and approval process from concept to closeout, including construction phase services. 2) Manage, delegate workload, and train a team of engineering professionals. 3) Visit job sites for inspection and evaluation. 4) Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal jurisdictional requirements. 5) Manage clients and coordinate between disciplines. 6) Develop and monitor project schedule, budget, and design client needs.

Qualifications
Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering
Professional Engineer license required
Minimum of ten (10) years of experience in a related field
Aviation experience required
Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D software
General working knowledge of fundamental engineering principles including surveying, geometric design, hydraulics, hydrology, stormwater management, grading, pavement design, construction administration, and utility coordination
