As a Project Architect, you will be responsible for leading the architectural design and development of various projects from conception to completion. Your primary focus will be on creating functional, safe, and aesthetically pleasing designs that meet the needs of clients while adhering to building codes and regulations. Collaborating closely with clients, engineers, and other team members, you will develop project plans, create detailed drawings and specifications, and oversee the implementation of designs on site. You will need to demonstrate a strong understanding of architectural principles, spatial concepts, and construction techniques. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with stakeholders are essential for success in this role.
We are looking for a candidate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, along with 5+ years of experience in architectural design and project management. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software is required. Licensure as a registered architect is preferred. Strong visual and verbal presentation skills, excellent organizational abilities, and a passion for innovative design solutions are key qualities we are seeking in our ideal candidate.
