TITLE: Architectural Staff Level I - Three to five years of professional experience and bachelor’s degree in architecture required.

The full-time leadership position encompasses diversified duties including:

• Fully competent in all conventional aspects of architecture.
• Independently performs a variety of assignments requiring skills in all conventional aspects of architectural designs for projects of moderate size and complexity.
• Performs analyses of design, planning, and occupancy studies, and limited design layouts.
• Prepares project specifications, compiling and analyzing relevant data.
• Writes reports and specifications.
• Reviews completed reports, plans, estimates, and calculations.
• Familiarity with the production of construction drawings in Revit is required. Proficiency with CAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite are also preferred.

EXPECTATIONS:

Three to five years of professional experience and bachelor's degree in architecture required. Primary focus of this position shall be to organize and manage design and construction projects for efficient operation of the company. Expected to combine knowledge of architecture with strategic thinking, business acumen and outstanding leadership. This position shall provide continuing education training and work experience required to maintain your architect license. 

ACCOUNTABILITY:

This position reports directly to the firm’s principal architects.  The position requires a high level of confidentiality, as you will have complete access to project financial records and client project information.  Financial records or project information shall not be shared without approval from the firm’s principals.
