Lead the CA phase, conduct site visits, and review submittals and RFIs
Expand project management responsibilities
Contribute to firm-wide initiatives and staff development
Pursue professional development opportunities to continue learning and growing your skillset
Grow into a project architect or project manager leading larger projects
Qualifications for this position include:
An accredited professional architecture degree (B.Arch. or M.Arch)
4+ years of professional architecture experience, including strong production and coordination leadership
Experience leading project teams through documentation phases and coordinating with consultants. Experience with CA is a plus.

Highly proficient in Revit, SketchUp, and BlueBeam
Additional accreditations that align with industry passions are encouraged and financially supported (LEED, WELL, Passive House, etc.)
Comfort working in a fast-paced, iterative design process—from early sketching, massing, and visual exploration through development of clear, client-ready presentations including renderings, drawings, and material studies.
Intent to get licensed is preferred
Experience with Enscape and the Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
