ABOUT THE POSITION
I am seeking a part-time associate to work with me on a wide range of local projects from conception through construction. As the sole CAD manager, you will have the challenge of developing architectural concepts into concise documents for construction, from schematic sketches through construction administration. Working directly with the principal you will have the opportunity to grow in skills and experience.
2D AutoCAD fluency is a requirement, supplemented by SketchUp, InDesign and Adobe Creative Suite.

Our current projects include residential renovations and additions for local homeowners, a new community building for an historic church, and various accessibility and life safety improvements for historic houses of worship.
Our office at 75 Kneeland Street, Boston is located in Chinatown, close to South Station and the Theatre District. We share an office with a larger well-established firm creating a vibrant and friendly work environment.
The position is in-office Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday for a 24-hour work week. Field work opportunities are on a per-project basis.
