We are seeking a motivated professional with strong technical knowledge or industry experience in composite materials, especially core materials (PVC, PET, balsa, honeycomb, non-woven mats, etc.) and/or carbon fibers. Sales experience is welcome, but not required for candidates who possess deep expertise in sectors such as boat building, construction materials, or advanced composites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across the Marine, Transportation, and General Industrial sectors, with a focus on composite material applications, with emphasis in PVC, PET, balsa, honeycomb, non-woven mats and carbon fiber materials.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and industry partners
• Report sales progress and achievements regularly to management
• Apply a customer-centric approach by supporting existing clients and onboarding new customers and product lines
• Develop a deep understanding of our products and competitive advantages, and use this knowledge to expand the customer base
• Address and resolve customer issues relating to products or services
• Conduct market analysis to understand industry trends, competition, and customer needs
• Assist in preparing and presenting business proposals, quotations, and tenders
• Develop sales forecasts and manage the sales pipeline
• Collaborate with internal teams, including engineering and production, to support customer needs and business objectives
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the line manager

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, materials science, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in composites, marine, construction materials, or other relevant technical sectors (sales experience preferred but not mandatory for technical candidates)
