A well-established leading organization in Illinois is looking for an internal medicine or IM/Peds physician to join their growing primary care team in this thriving community in Central Illinois.

Position Highlights:

Collegial team of 40 primary care physicians eager to welcome you and provide mentorship

4-day work week and 42 days off for unmatched work/life balance

Opportunities to craft your scope of practice to your unique skillset

Incredible support with an established APP team and 1-2 dedicated MAs for rooming, pre-authorizations, and after-hours calls

Practicing physicians and current residents encouraged to apply

Compensation & Benefits:

Base salary starting at $304,000 + ~$15,000 in annual quality bonuses = ~$319,000+ year one

Competitive wRVU-based incentive structure, with additional earning potential easily reached in under 2 years

$210,000 recruitment package including sign-on, relocation assistance, and student loan repayment
