About the job:

• Prepare a clear development brief in respect of the Projectâ™s quality, cost and time requirements and limitations.
• Advise on the procurement strategy and prepare project budget and tender documents (preâ‘contract & postâ‘contract administration and procedures).
• Provide building technical support to Facility Management encompassing commercial, industrial and residential properties.
• Conduct conditional inspection on existing buildings and inspection for handing and taking over of new developments.
• Provide support on technical issues to Client.
• Perform project management work in building repairs and replacement and additional and alteration works.
• Conduct project meetings with Consultants, Contractors, Clients, etc.
• Coordinate closely with Contractors/Subâ‘Contractors or site teams to ensure delivery of result.
• Provide weekly project update to Client.
• Work with multiâ‘disciplinary Consultant to ensure project works complete on-time.

About you:

• Minimum Bachelorâ™s Degree in Building Services, Engineering, Architecture, Project & Facilities Management, or a related field.
• 3â“5 years of experience in building maintenance, facilities management, or construction/project coordination.
• Strong knowledge of building systems, inspections, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven ability to manage consultants, contractors, and project documentation effectively.
• Excellent communication, problemâ‘solving, and stakeholder management skills.
