About the Role:

• Manage project budgets, timelines, and reports across all phases to meet client objectives

• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and construction teams, ensuring quality and compliance

• Review requisitions, change orders, and invoices, advising on cost impacts and approvals

• Ensure adherence to corporate, client, and regulatory policies, including building codes and safety standards

• Provide regular updates to management, resolve issues, and recommend corrective actions

About You:

• Bachelorâ™s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field

• Minimum 5 yearsâ™ experience in project management within engineering/construction

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience leading project teams

• Strong knowledge of tenant improvement projects and construction processes

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
