The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Director â“ Building Consultancy to lead our NSW offering within the Project & Development Services (PDS) team. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving client growth, delivering high-quality technical advisory services, and shaping the future of our Building Consultancy business in the region.
Job Description
What Youâ™ll Be Doing
Lead and grow the Building Consultancy team across NSW
Develop and execute state-based sales and client strategies
Deliver technical advice on building condition, compliance, risk, and performance
Oversee building inspections, audits, and lifecycle planning
Manage end-to-end project delivery (repairs, upgrades, capital works)
Build and maintain strong client relationships across sectors
Drive team performance, governance, and quality outcomes
Collaborate with internal service lines to maximize opportunities
About You
15+ yearsâ™ experience in property, construction, or building consultancy
Proven leadership experience with strong commercial acumen
Background in building surveying, engineering, quantity surveying, or similar
Industry accreditation (e.g. RICS, AIQS, CIBSE, EA, AIPM or equivalent)
Strong client management and stakeholder engagement skills
Demonstrated ability to deliver complex projects and drive business growth
