PACT Design Studio is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex architectural projects with a strong focus on higher education work throughout Texas. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative studio environment, enjoys building strong client relationships, and can confidently guide projects from programming through construction administration.

What You’ll Do
Lead projects through all phases of design and construction
Serve as the primary client contact throughout the life of the project
Coordinate and manage consultants across multiple disciplines
Mentor and support younger staff within the studio
Guide project schedules, budgets, and team communication
Participate in programming, planning, and design strategy discussions
Help maintain design quality and technical excellence across project delivery
Work closely with firm leadership in a highly collaborative environment
Proven ability to lead consultant coordination across multiple trades
Excellent communication and client relationship skills
Strong organizational and leadership abilities
Experience mentoring emerging professionals
Ability to balance design quality with project execution
Experience in any of the following is a plus: Hospitality, Private Commercial, Interior Architecture, Residential
