Sports Turf Services is looking for a reliable, motivated all-round superintendent to join our small, tight-knit team. This is a key role within the company for someone who takes pride in their work, shows up on time, and enjoys a variety of tasks rather than doing the same thing every day.
We work across golf courses and sports facilities throughout Georgia and surrounding states, delivering high-quality turf services using advanced, specialist equipment.
What You’ll Be Doing
This is a true hands-on role, combining machinery operation with manual work and customer interaction.
Operating specialist turf equipment including:
Heavy aerators
Managing our school maintenance contracts
Tractor Driving
Topdressers and turf renovation equipment
Spraying
Light construction and groundwork tasks
Towing and maneuvering 30-ft trailers
Driving company vehicles including Ford F-250s
Equipment care, servicing, cleaning, and basic maintenance
Working directly with clients on site and responding to their needs
Manual labor as required — this is not just sitting on equipment all day
Long days when required, balanced by good team culture and variety
