Innovative Fueling Solutions is a growing Amarillo-based company specializing in fuel systems and aviation infrastructure. We are seeking a Senior Accountant to take ownership of our financial operations and help support the next phase of our growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate, timely monthly financial statements in QuickBooks

• Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and full-cycle accounting processes

• Oversee job costing and project-level profitability tracking

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and cash flow

• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning

• Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies, including use of technology and AI tools

• 4+ years of accounting experience

• Strong, hands-on QuickBooks experience required

• Ability to manage a full set of books independently

• Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles

• High level of organization, accuracy, and attention to detail

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

• High integrity and reliability

• Construction or project-based accounting experience strongly preferred

• Experience with job costing in service or construction environments preferred

• Experience with budgeting and financial analysis preferred
